Patios & Courtyards
Herringbone, basketweave, running bond — laid by hand on engineered base for a lifetime of settling-free use.
At LAD's, family is our foundation — and every customer is treated the same. A family-run masonry contractor proudly serving Pennsylvania with handcrafted patios, walkways, and brick design.

We don't pour stamped concrete. We don't install vinyl. We work in clay, stone, and mortar — the way it was done before machines told us how.
Herringbone, basketweave, running bond — laid by hand on engineered base for a lifetime of settling-free use.
Approaches that draw the eye and welcome the foot. Clay brick, stone, and reclaimed pavers.
Structural masonry that holds the grade and frames the planting — built to outlive the house.
Custom firebrick assemblies, chimneys, and seat walls for evenings that linger.
Sensitive tuckpointing and brick replacement for historic homes and tired hardscapes.
On-site walk-throughs, sketch plans, and material selection with the foreman, not a salesman.

Andrew woke up one day and realized working for somebody else was never going to give his family the life they deserved. After everything he, his fiancée Tara, and her three kids had been through, he wanted to make sure he could give them the best life possible. So he bought a truck, started the business, and named it after the three of them — Liam, Ashlynn, and Declan. Every time he looks at the name on the side of the truck, he knows exactly why he's working so hard.
Proudly serving Pennsylvania — Pike & Wayne County and the surrounding areas.
LAD's treated us like family from day one. The patio came out exactly as promised — clean lines, tight joints, no shortcuts.
On time, on budget, and the crew was respectful of the property the whole way through. Couldn't ask for more.
We respond within two business days. Most consultations are scheduled within the week. Spring slots fill by February.
